The Carriers Are Not Your Customers: The Windows Phone 7 Update Mess
It was supposed be a relatively simple update for Windows 7 phone -- cut and paste and some other fixes. But its continued delay, and Microsoft?s lackluster communication about what is going on, is exposing the real flaw: the carriers have too much sway, and they are not Microsoft?s customers. We are.
